Graduates of this programme will be assisted to accelerate career growth, increase their productivity and also build strong commitment and attitudes to meeting customer needs. Customers service skills don't come naturally but they can be learned and with practice they can mastered. Student Profile Graduates of all disciplines who may be working or about to start work looking to acquire and develop strategic and operational customer service skills. Qualifications Recognized university degree, HND or equivalent professional qualifications at acceptable levels. Matured students working in customer/ client service environments will be considered. Programme Length 9 calendar months (approx. 96 student contact hours). Saturday 10.00a.m. - 4.00p.m. Delivery Format A mix of tradition lectures, workshops, round- Table with industry practitioners, practicum, Project work and webinars. A modular structure allows for flexible student attendance scheduling.
