PROFILE QUESTIONS
Q1: Why did you choose to study at LCU?
I chose to study at LCU because the environment was conducive for learning, and I hear that environment is even so much better now.
Q2: What is your favourite memory of LCU; a class, a lecturer, an activity or an experience?
My favourite Lecturer was Prof. Tijani Alawe. I can never forget him and the positive impact he had on my education..
Q3: What have you done since graduating from LCU?
I embarked upon my MBA programme, which I completed in 2019.
Q4: What is your current job role? And what does it involve?
I am an Administrative Assistant at Helsingborg Jaguars. Helsingborg Jaguars is an American Football Club in Sweden. My job is very exciting, I plan the schedules for players, take minutes of meetings, create players’ inventory on MS Excel and so on.
Q5: How did your education at LCU help you get to where you are now?
The training and exposure I received at LCU really prepared me to do well in the MBA programme; a particular example is the use of tutorial questions during my undergraduate years, which really helped me during my MBA exams.I am able to stand on my own two feet and function effectively here in Sweden as a result of the education I received at LCU.
Q6: What advice would you give to prospective students of LCU?
Always continue to strive for knowledge, particularly the kind of knowledge that LCU gives, which can make you a self-reliant adult.
Q7: What advice would you give to LCU’s current students?
Preparation is key! Always prepare well in advance, read and understand your course notes before exams and do not be content with what you receive from your lecturers, always do further research to augment your learning.
Q8: Mention one or two of your proudest professional or personal accomplishments since graduating from LCU.
My Job is a great accomplishment, as is gaining my MBA.
Q9: If you had it to do all over again, would you still choose LCU?
Yes, most definitely!
